 Scotty Lynn serves as the Managing Director and co-founder of DCPacket. He leads initiatives in safe and efficient power distribution, leveraging VoltServer's patented technology to address demands in critical infrastructure, intelligent buildings, and sustainable energy projects. With a background in business development, Scotty fosters strategic partnerships to deliver scalable, resilient systems that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. His expertise ensures compliance with Class 4 power standards, promoting innovation in digital electricity applications across sectors. 

 Todd Croteau serves as the Vice President of Business and Partner Development and co-founder of DCPacket A dynamic team leader, practice director, project manager, and business analyst, Todd excels in decision-making across multiple verticals. Expert in SaaS platforms including Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft, he employs Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. He has led over 100 successful end-to-end implementations and enterprise transformations in industries such as high tech, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, healthcare, HR, accounting, legal, consumer goods, retail, media, communications, public sector, and higher education. 

 Joe Palmer serves as Fractional CEO for DCPacket.  He additionally contributes as a member of DCPacket's Board of Advisors. With over 30 years in business operations, sales, marketing, consulting, coaching, and M&A, Joe guides organizations in strategic growth planning, leadership development, operations optimization, business valuation, and exit strategies. Since 2009, he has empowered North Texas business owners to transition from operational involvement to strategic oversight, fostering sustainable systems, efficient teams, and profitable outcomes. 

John C'deBaca serves on DCPacket's Board of Advisors, with a focus on AI, John currently acts as Collaboration Solutions Executive at CDW, advising on AI and platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and Zoom for enhanced customer experiences via digital, voice, and multi-modal channels. Previously, as Director of AI & Automation Sales at Five9 and Inference Solutions, he targeted enterprise, government, and education sectors with AI-driven automation to improve engagement and efficiency. With over 17 years at Cisco in roles including Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager, plus leadership at Variphy and others, John excels in go-to-market strategies, channel sales, and strategic thinking. 

  David Fischer serves on DCPacket's Board of Advisors, focused on Operational Excellence through his experiences at Bain & Company. As Founder and Principal of Woodland Ventures, he invests in and operates small businesses, addressing operational challenges, fostering growth, and developing teams to preserve legacies. Currently Director of Business Development at Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, he drives generator business expansion post-acquisition of NWI Generator, which he owned and led. At Bain, as Associate Partner, he spearheaded Energy and Natural Resources initiatives in renewable energy, grid planning, and utility strategies; Commercial Excellence for sales growth in energy, SaaS, and packaging; and Private Equity due diligence across industries. His Teach For America tenure underscores educational leadership. 

Jackie M serves on DCPacket’s Board of Advisors, bringing specialized expertise in AI automation, intelligent systems integration, and scalable operational solutions to support our fault-managed Digital Electricity™ technology for high-density AI and mission-critical environments.

As CTO and leader of TheAJProjects (AJ Projects), Jackie designs and deploys advanced AI automation platforms that streamline operations for businesses and governments. Her work focuses on modular AI implementation, smart system integration, and practical automation across energy, sustainability, smart cities, healthcare, and infrastructure—enabling efficient, resilient, and intelligent power ecosystems.

She is the creator of tools such as the AI CMO (automated marketing intelligence) and CEO Personal Assistant AI, which demonstrate real-world applications for reducing manual processes, optimizing workflows, and accelerating innovation. Jackie’s “invisible systems” philosophy delivers seamless AI + hardware integration that aligns directly with DCPacket’s goals of safe, efficient, and sustainable power delivery in data centers and hyperscale operations.

Her contributions will strengthen DCPacket’s go-to-market strategy, operational scalability, and AI-native infrastructure solutions as we expand in the digital power revolution.

Kevin Cordell is a seasoned global medical devices executive with over 20 years of experience in healthcare innovation, product commercialization, and advisory leadership. He joins DCPacket's Board of Advisors, contributing expertise in medtech strategy, AI-driven transformations, and cardiovascular care to support organizational growth.

Currently at Mission 3A Healthtech Fund, Mr. Cordell focuses on healthtech investments and advisory roles, drawing on his track record of launching 15 innovative products, including ProStep, Revive Revision System, and Infinity Adaptis systems, which have improved patient outcomes in orthopedics and related fields. He has achieved an 88% employee engagement score and multiple Presidents Club recognitions, highlighting his leadership in high-performance teams.

Mr. Cordell has held strategic roles in global medical device firms, emphasizing product development, market expansion, and planning. Since 2019, he has served on the Healthcare Advisory Board at the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business. He holds a degree from the same institution and has completed advanced training in leadership, coaching, and strategic marketing. Affiliated with AVAMED, he advances sustainable healthcare solutions.

Jed Leonard is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in strategy, operations, government relations, and advisory services. He joins DCPacket's Board of Advisors, contributing expertise in healthcare consulting, technology-enabled solutions, and strategic growth to support organizational initiatives.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Attain, Mr. Leonard oversees high-value services in healthcare, education, nonprofit, and government sectors, drawing on his track record of driving revenue and innovation. Notable achievements include leading a $70 million annual revenue organization at Polaris Inc., focused on life-saving technologies for defense and disaster response, and founding Forge Strategy Group to deliver strategic advisory solutions.

Mr. Leonard has held strategic roles at Noble and Polaris Industries, emphasizing business development, market expansion, and operational excellence. He holds an MBA in Finance and a degree from the United States Air Force Academy, with a commitment to advancing impactful solutions in dynamic industries.

Brian Kappus is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with over 30 years of experience in strategy, operations, innovation, and advisory services. He joins DCPacket's Board of Advisors, contributing expertise in SaaS solutions, healthcare awareness, and strategic leadership to support organizational initiatives.

Currently serving as Founder of CancerScars.org, Mr. Kappus focuses on promoting early detection of kidney cancer and related diseases, drawing on his track record in technology-driven solutions. Notable achievements include leading CloudLink EPR Solutions as President, CEO, and CTO, where he advanced business strategy and funding for small businesses, and participating in fundraising efforts for the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona, such as serving as a Celebrity Dancer in Dancing With The Stars Arizona 2020.

Mr. Kappus has held strategic roles in real estate and technology firms, emphasizing customer-focused innovation and project management. He has completed advanced leadership courses in business strategy and team dynamics, and maintains affiliations with the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona, advancing impactful solutions in health and technology sectors.
