On November 10, 2025, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, DCPacket executed a formal partnership agreement with Hedrick Associates (hedrickassoc.com). This agreement designates Hedrick Associates as the exclusive authorized representative and distributor for DCPacket’s solutions across Michigan and Northern Indiana.

Effective immediately, Hedrick Associates will integrate DCPacket’s fault-managed power platforms — powered by VoltServer technology — with its industry-leading Vertiv cooling, UPS, and monitoring portfolio. This collaboration will deliver the safest and most intelligent hybrid power and cooling solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centers, healthcare facilities, and edge computing applications.
